Connection Rio BJJ Walla Walla provides a combative based Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program specialized for Law Enforcement and military purposes. Drawing from more than 30 years of martial arts training with 12 of those years spent solely in Brazil; Professor Asche has created a program specifically for those who protect and serve. Professor Dennis Asche has been teaching the military and law enforcement in Brazil along side and learning from many of the greatest Martial Artist Masters and Professors in the world since 2009 at the rank of black belt. We are proud to share that knowledge with all of our service Men and Women.
By providing the necessary tools through martial arts, service men and women are able to rely more on their own physical abilities rather than depending on deployment of less than lethal or lethal weapons in dangerous encounters. The knowledge of martial arts allows for more confidence in dealing with and defusing potentially dangerous situations. With adequate training, our program may even save the lives of those who call upon it to protect the community, themselves, their families, and their country.
Progressive training in scenario based drills and sparring help to develop better reaction times and more expedient methods of eliminating potential threats that may be encountered in the line of duty. Our law enforcement classes bridge gaps between the ranges of combat with the goal of understanding and being able to execute a seamless flow between the ranges of combat.
